After two years in our rig, it was beyond time for a re-design on the interior of our bus. The Fleetwood Bounder is a beautiful and well-built motorhome, but our particular year, 2014 - they went cheap on the vinyl, which did not wear well at all. So many people complained that they could no longer honor the replacement guarantee.

I have always hated bench seats at the dinner table anyway, looks too much like a camper, so was delighted to swap them out for desk chairs and two file cabinets. One vertical and the other horrizontal. The storage is more efficient, easier to access and looks lighter and more roomie. Making for more comfortable workstations.

We swapped out the sofa/air-mattress bed for a Chocolate brown electric reclining loveseat that just barely fits. (within a tolerance of 1/4"). We loose our "guest-room" but we haven't had much occasion to use it. It is now handsome and very, very comfy to watch TV and recline in. It's a lot of browns going around, but the rug pulls it all together and matches our dog.

The best part of the re-do is this very cleaver double-drop-leaf table, that tucks away as a taboret at our desk, or folds out to seat 4 for dinner. It is situated on casters for ease of relocating, and I reconfigured all the seat-belts to secure everything in place as we head down the road.

We are now ready to ride in style. And it feels more like a home than ever! Looking forward to the next leg of our on-going journey.
