Near Diamond Lake, Oregon along the Umpqua River
The first waterfall - well, we never actually found the first waterfall called Warm Springs Falls. Not for lack of effort. We just couldn't seem to find the forest road 2610-680 So we moved on to the next one... with a little more luck. But uhem, didn't actually make it to Lemolo Falls either. We thought we had... but we apparently didn't hike far enough to see this:

The names of the six waterfalls are Warm Springs Falls, Lemolo Falls, Clearwater Falls, Whitehorse Falls, Watson Falls, and Toketee Falls. Our favorite by far was Toketee. The last one we visited. The one with two teared falls. Looked like God built an Infinity pool part way down at 40 feet into a basalt gorge and then leaps an additional 80 feet to the river below. This old wooden pipe transports water from Toketee, well, most of it anyway. Where is that guy from the Flex-Tape commercials when you need him?
